After catching up on the Gunsmoke Files blog entries of my friend and band-mate Andrew, I had half an inkling that I might want to do the same thing. After all, I'm a witty gal, and have been known to exhibit some writing skills. However, as I live alone (save for the dog and cat), I don't have the assistance of another person to help make life interesting enough to write about on a regular basis. Well, I do write in my journal each night, but you're not getting into that -- too many things in there that could incriminate me (or others).
So what I have decided to do is this -- I'll post any witty thought strings that do happen into my head, but will not promise them on any regular basis. I may post the occasional "poem" from my past creative spurts. However, I'll have to be judicious in that as well, as I tend to write only when heart-broken, tormented or ridiculously giddy with what I'm sure at the time is love. And as such, they're all pretty silly. Still, the thought that someone has actually peeked at this pathetic excuse for a website (as I know at least one person has done, since he took the time to compliment me on it recently) is intriguing, and as such, provokes me to post more thoughts/photos.
So here we go.
